radio 4A is broadcasting in both senses of the word. Many radio stations bring you only one thing, all the time. At radio 4A, we think you deserve a varied diet. We have music of every style and form, a variety of speech-based programmes including news, in-depth interviews and comedy and we also broadcast things that are a complete departure from "normal" radio: ambient sounds to relax you and guided meditations to feed your spirit.

radio 4A is a no budget radio station; it runs on donations of time and equipment from the participants. We run no advertising. We have no target audience and no political affiliations.
